Sorry I’ve been busy .. I’ve managed to still work out and eat super health
Today
I can’t even begin to explain how I felt today.. AWESOME like the old me I honestly didn’t take more then two drinking breaks.. I ate small healthy snacks and drank loads of water.. Gym was actually fun today my friend went with me and to completely honest in my head I saw it as a little comp. :) tehehe and can I just say I lost more calories and ran with a higher speed then her.. I know like I feel bad for how competitive I got but hey it seemed to help!:) hope you all are doing good until tomorrow! Xoxo

I think I’ll post result pixs and weight loss every 2 weeks.. Idk lol
Also I’m sorry about the pixs I put of me now it’s just so I can see the difference later on.. I know it is a nasty sight :S
